This site has been a nightmare from start to almost finished! It has gone through 3 major re-designs and many minor tweaks and is not yet fully launched. Steve is very slow to respond and I’m still waiting for his sign-off on the last changes. The reason for so many re-designs is that there has been several changes of staff his end and all of have their own ideas of what the site should look like. They also went through a re-branding of their products so, that was another lot of work updating the product images. Fortunately, Steve has paid for each re-design on an hourly rate. Currently I’m not charging maintenance because the site has not launched. It’s really a simple brochure site but Steve himself seems to over complicate things. Products are actually custom posts to allow easier updating.
Steve has a nasty habit of being very slow to respond to any query and has consistently cancelled or not shown up for meetings & calls. Proceed with caution and make sure you’re well protected financially.
